Strategic Planning: A Three-Stage Process

1) Pre-Retreat

We work directly with you to efficiently understand the pressing needs, and the would-be-good-to-have wants faced by the organization prior to the retreat. Working together, a custom-tailored agenda is created, and all the necessary details are quickly and easily taken care of in advance.

2) Retreat

A energetic and engaging process that creates a safe place for powerful dialogue, aha moments, and of course laughter. While strategic planning is serious business, we don't have to be serious all of the time. For a two-day retreat, Day One is the foundational day, focusing on everything from the organization' past, a health focus on your clients, and of course the all-important SWOT analysis. Day Two builds a solid framework of strategies and S.M.A.R.T. goals on-top of the foundation from Day One. Clients are usually pretty tired after the two days, but they are oh so satisfied with the excellent effort and work that was accomplished.

3) Post-Retreat

We feel it's important to ensure our clients have their Strategic Plans back in their hands as quickly as possible after the retreat, that way the experience and memories are fresh in the minds of all who participated. We work directly with you over the seven business days post-retreat, ensuring you approve of the final document ASAP.
